JoyJars® are a great way to send a little joy to a child fighting cancer or other life-threatening condition. Please fill out the form below and indicate the child’s: name, age, gender, likes and mailing address. All information is held in confidence and will NOT be provided to anyone for any reason. We honor privacy and only desire to help encourage courageous kids.

While we would love to send JoyJars to everyone, at this time our resources only enable us to send JoyJars to those courageous fighters that are under 18 years of age and who are in active treatment for life-threatening conditions.  

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
